We cannot guarantee that centres are suitable for all patients, e.g. depending upon HIV, hepatitis status etc. so please declare this when making an enquiry.
MHL introduces you to dialysis centres in many countries but we do not own or operate any of these ourselves.
If you have been directed to this page, please complete the enquiry form and select which centre (or group) you would like to apply to.
Do not use this form where we have provided direct or email contact details for your chosen dialysis centre. In those cases you can enquire free of charge by following the instructions given on the individual page.
How to use the enquiry form

We do not send you regular marketing e-mails and we will not pass your details to unrequested third parties.
Internet and e-mail are used to ensure that enquiries are handled rapidly and efficiently, however these are not secure media and we shall not be responsible for information which may be accessed without authorisation or fails to arrive.

On receipt of your enquiry we will check on availability with one or more dialysis centres or hospitals at your chosen location(s) and advise you of the answer.
Why does MHL charge for enquiries?
None of the dialysis centres or hospitals in this programme pay us anything, so our service is entirely funded by patient contributions.
When we have found an available dialysis centre or hospital for you we will ask for payment.*
